ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
What is happening?
Warwickshire County Council has made the
following Temporary Traffic Orders:
B4102 SHUTT LANE AND C89 VALLEY ROAD,
EARLSWOOD
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as
follows: Shutt Lane closed between its junction with
Umberslade Road and the County Boundary and
Valley Road closed from its junction with Shutt Lane
to Earlswood Lakes Causeway.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and
associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs weekdays only.
Order Commences: 12 September 2024 for up to
18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 September 2024.
Access & Diversion: Shutt Lane Diversion: B4102
(Salter Street, Tamworth Lane), Dog Kennel Lane,
A34, A3400, B4101 (Spring Lane, Round House
Lane, Broad Lane), B4102 Earlswood Common and
vice versa. Valley Road Diversion: Valley Road,
Norton Lane, Rumbush Lane, Forshaw Heath Road,
Poolhead Lane, Broad Lane, Earlswood Common
and vice versa.

CUT THROAT LANE, HOCKLEY HEATH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: to enable works for installation
of new water connections.
Order Commences: 11 September 2024 for up to
18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 September 2024.
Access & Diversion: Cut Throat Lane, Spring Lane,
Pound House Lane, Broad Lane, Tithe Barn Lane and
vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make
the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
TITHE BARN LANE, EARLSWOOD,
TANWORTH-IN-ARDEN
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install BT pole to
provide fibre cabling.
Order Commences: 26 September 2024 for up to
18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 26 September 2024.
Access & Diversion: Umberslade Road, Earlswood
Common, Broad Lane, Tithe Barn Lane and
vice versa.
Contractor: Telent TM, Tel: 07929 381 098.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian
access to and egress from properties and land
situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed
will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will
be maintained where possible.
