ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Oxford, Footpaths near ISIS Gasworks Date of Order: 02/09/2024 Comes into force: 09/092024

This Order is made for the closure of parts of various footpaths introduced for refurbishment of ISIS Gasworks footbridge which is anticipated to take 12 months to be completed.

The effect of the Order is to close temporarily part or whole sections of Footpath Nos. 320/116/50 to 320/116/60; and 320/4/30 to 320/4/40 which converge in that area between Oxpens Meadow and Grandpont Nature Park.

Appropriate signs will be displayed to indicate the alternative route as the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services, for Works and for pedestrian access to premises which are only accessible from the closed sections of footpath. (Ref. T13640/AC)
