THE COUNTY OF DEVON
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (05126 MALLISON BRIDGE -FOOTWAY FROM WESTERN WAY TO THE QUAY EXETER) ORDER 2024 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 16/9/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 27/9/24. No person shall proceed on the sections of Affected Paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths.

Roads affected: 05126 Mallison Bridge - Footway From Western Way To The Quay,, Exeter

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Footpath From Western Way To The Quay - The Quay -Commercial Road.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Footpath/Way Closure To Facilitate Investigations & Testing Works For Future Installation Of Foot/Cycle Bridge.
