NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
To introduce lengths of No Waiting at Any Time on CEDAR DRIVE, CHESTNUT DRIVE, BEECHES DRIVE, HAYES GROVE, FOSSEWAY DRIVE, GRAVELLY LANE, OLIVER ROAD & SOMERSET ROAD, ERDINGTON
The Orders will come into operation on 6th September 2024

If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders may within 6 weeks from the 5th September 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
