PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2062 Dordale Road, Belbroughton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2062 Dordale Road from its junction with U20216 Hockley Brook Lane to its junction with U20201 Brook Road.
Reason: New water connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2062 Dordale Lane (part), C2062 Doctors Hill, B4091 Stourbridge Road, A491 Stourbridge Road, B4188 Hartle Lane, B4188 High Street, C2062 Church Road, C2062 Bradford Lane, C2062 Dordale Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 30 September 2024.
(Link Footpath F20634 Linking Oak Road to Golden Cross Lane, Catshill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F20634 linking Oak Road to Golden Cross Lane from its junction with U21527 Golden Cross Lane (service road) to its junction with U21525
Oak Road.
Reason: Footpath reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U21525 Oak Road, B4185 Golden Cross
Lane, U21527 Golden Cross Lane (service road) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 9 September 2024.
(C2141 Owlhill Lane, Omberley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2141 Owlhill Lane
from its junction with C2152 Lineholt Lane for a distance of 50 metres in an easterly direction.
Reason: Safe working for overhead BT pole testing by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2152 Lineholt Lane, C2152 Woodfield Lane, A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, C2141 Owlhill Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 30 September 2024.
(U21201 Fairfield Road, Bournheath) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U21201 Fairfield Road from its junction with C2062 Doctors Hill for a distance of 150 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: BT pole replacement by HSC Worcester Ltd.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2062 Doctors Hill, U21200 Dodford Road, U21201 Fairfield Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 11 September 2024.
(C2033 Woodgate Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2033 Woodgate Road from its junction with C2179 Whitford Bridge Road to its junction with U22200 Coalash Lane.
Reason: Drainage/flood alleviation work by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2033 Woodgate Road, C2033 Moorgate Road, B4091 Hanbury Road, C2079 Forest Lane, C2033 Tyrells Lane, C2033 Woodgate Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 9 September 2024.
(U41531 High Street, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) and The County of Worcester (High Street, St. Andrews Street and Winnetts Lane, Droitwich) (One-Way) Order 1961 (Temporary Suspension (part)) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U41531 High Street from its junction with U41530 Worcester Road to its junction with U41533 Tower Hill and to temporarily (part) suspend The County of Worcester (High Street, St. Andrews Street and Winnetts Lane, Droitwich) (One-Way) Order 1961 to allow for two-way traffic on U41531 High Street to be able to access residents and businesses during the Order.
Reason: Replacement electricity cable by Western Power Distribution.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U41530 Queen Street, B4090 Saltway, U41535 Priory Lane and vice versa.
(U41701 Kidderminster Road, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U41701 Kidderminster Road from its junction with C2255 Kidderminster Road Roundabout to its junction with U41701 Vines Lane.
Reason: Bridgeworks by XEIAD.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U41704 Kidderminster Road, U41705 Union Lane, C2254 Ombersley Way, C2255 Salwarpe Road, C2255 Kidderminster Road Roundabout and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 days. Commencing: 26 September 2024.
