What is happening?

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, St Andrews Road, Whitby, Order 2024, No. 301 We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using St Andrews Road, Whitby for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 09/09/24 & 20/09/24, due to Gas main replacement works. However, the max duration of this Order is until 27/09/24 in case of any unforeseen delays. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Sandsend Road, Sandsend, Order 2024, No. 332 We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Sandsend Road, Sandsend for a temporary period of 2 days (subject to access to premises) between 23/09/24 & 20/12/24, due to carriageway patching works. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate.
