Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bugle. This prohibition is necessary for principal road maintenance and gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th September 2024 to 2nd October 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 2nd September 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengthof road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for drainage works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th September 2024 to 31st October 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - B3274 Between Stannary Road And Carthew, St Austell from Singlerose roundabout to the Imerys junction at Greenbarrow drilling site.

This prohibition is necessary for interim reinstatement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th September 2024 to 19th September 2024. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th September 2024 for one day. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 2nd September 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Camelford. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th September 2024 to 27th September 2024.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 29th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 2 in the Parish of St Breward between grid references SX 1046777414 and SX 1138777190. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed due to defective bridge requiring replacement.
The Order will come into operation on 30th August 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 9th February 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 9th August 2024 for a period of up to 21 days. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
