The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction With Eden Access Road To Trethurgy, Road From Trethurgy Farm To Came Grey Cottage, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 2nd September 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for installation of water main and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th September 2024 to 29th November 2024.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Roads affected - Road From Junction With Eden Access Road To Trethurgy, Road From Trethurgy Farm To Came Grey Cottage, St Austell between grid references SX 03660:55734, SX 03660:55491 and SX 03865:55590.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (A392 Between Trevemper Road And Superstore Roundabout, Newquay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary for works to provide new signalised junction under S278 highway agreement and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th September 2024 to 31st January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - A392 Between Trevemper Road And Superstore Roundabout, Newquay for its entire length. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 2nd September 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Padstow.

This prohibition is necessary for general manhole repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th September 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0000, weekdays only. Road affected - Trevone Road, Padstow Trevone Road, Padstow from junction with B3276 Between Treator And Harlyn Bay Road to junction with Parkenhead Lane. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Tintagel. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd October 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only. Road affected - Trewarmett Lane, Tintagel between the junctions of Tregeath Lane and Trelake Lane.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 2nd September 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for remedial reinstatement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th September 2024 to 17th September 2024.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only. Road affected - Watering Hill Close, St Austell from No 52 to junction with Alexandra Road.
