HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerddwyr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Lwybr Troed Rhif 33/22 (yn rhannol) sy’n ymestyn o’r eiddo o’r enw Tŷ Newydd ar y Ffordd Ddiddosbarth sy’n arwain at Heol Tyisha, Y Tymbl, hyd at ei gyffordd â Llwybrau Troed Rhifau 33/31 a 33/29 ar Heol Tyisha, am bellter o 481 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain yn gyffredinol.

Ni fydd ffordd arall tra bydd y llwybr hwn ar gau.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes bod y gwaith cynaeafu coed wedi ei gwblhau.

Bwriedir i’r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Sul y 1af o Fedi, gan barhau am gyfnod o chwe mis.

Lle bo hynny’n briodol gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd dros dro barhau mewn grym am hyd at chwe mis.

Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin (Parc Adwerthu Pemberton, Llanelli) (Gwaharddiad Dros Dro ar Draffig Trwodd) 2024

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, nid llai na saith diwrnod ar ôl dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gyda’r effaith o wahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd ffyrdd canlynol:

a) Y Lôn Tua’r De sy’n arwain o Gylchfan Parc y Scarlets a chylchfan Morrisons, Llanelli am bellter o tua 180 metr i gyfeiriad y De ar y dyddiadau a rhwng yr amseroedd a bennir yn yr amserlen isod.

Y ffordd arall i draffig sydd am deithio tua’r de fydd parhau i gyfeiriad y gorllewin ar hyd ffordd ymadael y parc adwerthu hyd at y gyffordd â goleuadau traffig halfway. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i’r chwith i’r A4138 a pharhau i deithio i gyfeiriad y de tuag at gylchfan Trostre. Wrth gylchfan Trostre, cymryd yr allanfa gyntaf i fynd ar y A484 a pharhau i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain hyd at gylchfan parc adwerthu Trostre. Wrth y gylchfan cymryd yr allanfa gyntaf i gylchfan parc adwerthu Parc Pemberton a mynd ymlaen i gyfeiriad y gogledd i ddychwelyd i’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau,.

b) Y darn o’r ffordd a elwir yn Ffordd Wasanaeth Ddiddosbarth sy’n arwain i Barc Adwerthu Parc Pemberton, o’r gyffordd â chylchfan Morrison am bellter o 30 metr i gyfeiriad y dwyrain, cyfeiriad ar y dyddiadau a rhwng yr amseroedd a bennir yn yr atodlen isod Ni fydd ffordd arall ar gyfer y rhan hwn o’r llwybr sydd ar gau.

Lle bo’n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr, cerbydau a’r gwasanaethau brys gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ynghau.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes y bydd man croesi’r ffordd a phwynt cyswllt HV ar gyfer is-orsaf newydd gan Morrison Energy Services wedi’u cwblhau.

Y bwriad yw y bydd y gwaith yn dechrau o 00:00 ddydd Sul 22 Medi 2024, tan 07:00 ddydd Gwener 4 Hydref 2024.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Public Footpath 33/22 (part), Tyisha Road, Tumble) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along that length of Footpath Number 33/22 (Part) extending from the property known as Ty Newydd on the Unclassified Road leading to Tyisha Road, Tumble, to its junction with Footpath Number 33/31 and 33/29 on Tyisha Road, for a distance of 481 metres in a general north-easterly direction.

There will be no alternative route for the duration of this closure.

The Order will continue in force until tree harvesting operations have been completed.

It is intended that the works commenced on Sunday the 1st of September, for a period of six months.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding six months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Pemberton Retail Park, Llanelli) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the following lengths of road:

a) The Southbound Lane leading from Parc y Scarlets Roundabout and Morrisons Roundabout, Llanelli for a distance of approximately 180 metres in a Southerly direction on the dates and between the times specified in the schedule below

The Alternative Route for Southbound traffic is to travel in a Westerly direction along the retail park exit road to its junction with halfway lights. At the junction turn left onto the A4138 and proceed in a Southerly direction towards Trostre Roundabout. At Trostre Roundabout take the first exit onto the A484 and proceed in a South Easterly direction to Trostre Retail park roundabout. At the roundabout take the first exit into the Parc Pemberton Retail park roundabout and proceed in a Northerly direction to return to the point of closure.

b) The length of road known as the Unclassified Service Road leading into Parc Pemberton Retail Park, from its junction with the Morrison Roundabout for a distance of 30 metres in an Easterly direction, direction on the dates and between the times specified in the schedule below

There willl be no alternative route for this part of the closure.

Pedestrian, vehicular access and emergency vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The proposed Order will continue in force until an installation of a road crossing and HV point of connection for a new substation carried out by Morrison Energy Services have been completed.

It is intended that the works will commence from 00:00 Sunday 22nd September 2024, until 07:00 Friday 4th October 2024.

Schedule
The closure will only take place between the hours of 00:00 and 07:00 during the following days, between Sunday the 22nd September 2024 to Friday the 4th of October 2024.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
