RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd yn bwriadu dim llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad y rhybudd hwn wneud Gorchymyn fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darnau hynny o Lwybrau Troed Cyhoeddus Rhif 10 a 10a yng nghymuned Llanberis a nodir isod.

Llwybr Troed Cyhoeddus Llanberis Rhif 10: O Bwynt A (Cyfeirnod Grid: SH 58481 59913) ar ei gyffordd gyda ffordd di-ddosarth, mewn cyfeiriad de-ddwyreiniol am bellter o oddeutu 350 metr hyd at ei ddiwedd ger Pwynt B (Cyfeirnod Grid SH 58678 59681) ar ei gyffordd gyda’r A4086 ger 16 a 17, Pentre Castell, Llanberis.

Llwybr Troed Cyhoeddus Llanberis 10A: O Bwynt C (Cyfeirnod Grid: SH 58540 59796) yn ei gyffordd gyda llwybr troed Llanberis 10, am oddeutu 250 metr i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y deorllewin, hyd at Bwynt D (Cyfeirnod Grid: SH 58448 59567) Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith ffilmio. Y ffordd arall, gan gychwyn o bwynt gogleddol y caead, yw teithio mewn cyfeiriad gorllewinol ar y Ffordd o’r A4086 i Bont y Bala hyd at ei gyffordd gyda’r A4086. Troi i’r chwith i deithio ar y ffordd hon mewn cyfieriad de ddwyreiniol hyd at y caead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer pobl sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 19fed o Fedi 2024 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 10 diwrnod. Os na chwblheir y gwaith o fewn un mis gellir ymestyn y Gorchymyn am gyfnod pellach o un mis gyda chaniatâd Llywodraeth Cymru.

THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(PUBLIC FOOTPATHS NO. 10 AND 10A IN THE COMMUNITY OF LLANBERIS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person to proceed in either direction along those lengths of Public Footpaths No. 10 and 10a in the Community of Llanberis noted below.

Llanberis Public Footpath No. 10: From Point A (Grid Reference: SH 58481 59913) at its junction with an unclassified road, in a generally south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 350 meters to its end at Point B (Grid Reference SH 58678 59681) at its junction with the A4086 near 16 and 17, Pentre Castell, Llanberis.

Llanberis Public Footpath No 10A: From Point C (Grid Reference: SH 58540 59796) at its junction with footpath Llanberis No10, for approximately 250 meters in a generally southwesterly direction to Point D (Grid Reference: SH 58448 59567)

The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during filming works.

The alternative route, starting at the northernmost point of the closure, is to travel westerly on the Road from the A4086 to Pont y Bala up to its junction with the A4086. Turn left to travel south easterly up to the closure and vice versa for people travelling in the opposite direction.

The Order comes into effect on the 19th of September 2024 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. If the work is not completed within one month the Order may be extended for a further period of one month with the approval of the Welsh Government. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 10 days.
