NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 22/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Network Rail to undertake Level crossing testing and various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via Riverside Wy, Warwick Rd, The Dicken, A246, B582, B4114 Leicester Rd & Desford Rd & vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 23/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 10 weeks. The works will be completed within the period of the Order.
The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake dig to clean water pipe & Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Main St, Front St & vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 24/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 12 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake carriageway patching works & other associated works.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Copt Oak Rd, Whitwick Rd, Slip Rd from Whitwick Rd to A50 Northbound Carriageway, A50 from R/bout at M1 J22 to Whitwick Rd Slip Rds, Markfield & vice versa.
Any existing restrictions imposed on that length of road as specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 27/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 1 month.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow BT & their contractors to facilitate a pole test & other associated works.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Shaw Ln, A511 R/bout at the Jct. of Shaw Ln, Bardon Rd & B585 Beveridge Ln, A511 R/bout at the Jct. of Little Shaw Ln, Shaw Ln, Copt Oak Rd & vice versa.
Any existing restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.

TEMPORARY IMPLEMENTATION OF 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 21 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to implement a speed restriction of the length of road specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice.
The temporary restriction will enable Cadeby Homes to construct and thereafter safely enter and egress a temporary access to their site and to subsequently carry out its removal and any other associated works. No speed limit imposed by this order applies to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3(5) of those Regulations. The Order will come into effect on 30/09/2024 and will continue in force until revoked. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected.

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 9 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Network Rail to undertake works on the new bridge over the railway line & Leicestershire County Council undertaking various highway maintenance works.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Glen Rd, Newton Harcourt; Station Rd, Great Glen, Kibworth Rd & vice versa.
