What is happening?
THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 21/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order.
The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council carry out carriageway patching works & any other various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Bakewell Rd, Weldon Rd & vice versa.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 08/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order.
The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water to safely undertake remedial reinstatement works & Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 09/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order.
The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cadent Gas or their contractors, to undertake works on a new gas connection & Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Central Rd, New King St, Leicester Rd, Beeches Rd & vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 11/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 12 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 3 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to safely undertake carriageway patching works & any other various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.
