RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd yn bwriadu dim llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad y rhybudd hwn wneud Gorchymyn fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Lwybr March Rhif 149 yng nghymuned Llanberis o bwynt ger giât ym mhwynt A o gyffordd y llwybr march a’r A4086 (Cyfeirnod Grid Arolwg Ordnans SH 56137 61913) gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol am oddeutu 400 metr hyd at giât ym mhwynt B gerllaw Llwyncoed Bach, Cwm Y Glo (Cyfeirnod Grid Arolwg Ordnans SH 55984 62250).

Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith ffilmio. Yn anffodus, nid oes llwybr amgen addas ar gael.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 19eg o Fedi 2024 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y llwybr, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 25 diwrnod. Os na chwblheir y gwaith o fewn un mis gellir ymestyn y Gorchymyn am gyfnod pellach o un mis gyda chaniatâd Llywodraeth Cymru.

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY NO.149 IN THE COMMUNITY OF LLANBERIS)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person to proceed in either direction along that length of Public Bridleway No. 149 in the community of Llanberis from a gate at point A of the junction of the bridleway and the A4086 (Ordnance Survey Grid Reference SH 56137 61913) traveling in a north westerly direction for approximately 400 meters to a gate at point B near Llwyncoed Bach, Cwm Y Glo (Survey Grid Reference Ordnance SH 55984 62250).

The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during filming works. Unfortunately, there is no suitable alternative route.

The Order comes into effect on the 19th of September 2024 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the path is completed, whichever is the earlier. If the work is not completed within one month the Order may be extended for a further period of one month with the approval of the Welsh Government. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 25 days.
