TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC
(STAMFORD – LINCOLN ROAD)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Lincoln Road to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 8 September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.
The works are expected to commence on or about 8 September 2024 and continue for approximately 2 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the powers conferred by Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has consented to the Lincolnshire County Council (Morton – Public Right of Way No.41) (Temporary Restriction to Traffic) Order 2024 which came into force on 4TH March 2024 being extended and continuing in force until 4th September 2026 or until the completion of the works, whichever is
the sooner.. The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the
public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the right of way. The effect of the Order will be to close Public Right of Way No. No.41 to all users. The alternative route for users will be signed on site. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on Burns Road to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic
restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 2 September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 2 September 2024 and continue for approximately 10 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

(MARKET DEEPING – TOWNGATE EAST & LINCHFIELD ROAD)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on Towngate East & Linchfield Road to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 2 September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 2 September
2024 and continue for approximately 12 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. An alternative route for vehicles will be signed. SCHEDULE – 40mph speed limit Order – Towngate East (Between 300m West & 400m East of Linchfield Road), Linchfield Road (Between Towngate East & a point 500m South)
