(PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO 014) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council have made an Order on 4 September 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to introduce:

No Stopping Mon-Fri 8am-5pm On Entrance Markings on: Broughton Avenue, Dunsham Lane and St Anthonys Close in Aylesbury. Cock Lane in Tylers Green. School Lane in Seer Green. Wattleton Road in Beaconsfield. Wethered Road in Marlow.
Remove: Disabled Badge Holders Only: South Place in Marlow.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 4 September 2024, by applying to the High Court.
