(Lowton Road Golborne) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024 Notice of Making
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assistant Director Infrastructure and Regulatory Services of Wigan Borough Council in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and delegated to her by the said Council has made the Wigan Borough (Lowton Road Golborne) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a vehicle or causing or permitting a vehicle to be driven in Lowton Road Golborne on 24/10/2024 from 09:30 to 14:30. The alternative route for traffic is: Church Lane, Newton Road, Golborne Dale Road, Warrington Road, Bridge Street, High Street and Church Street. The Order is necessary to allow to facilitate plant delivery.
