THE PORTSMOUTH CITY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (DISABLED PERSONS’ PARKING PLACES AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS AMENDMENTS) (PO50-24)

Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect would be as follows:
A) To introduce Parking places for Disabled Persons (Minimum length 5 metres) in the following locations:

Shadwell Road (outside no.44)
C) To amend the description of the existing "no waiting at any time" restriction on Langstone Road south side between Milton Road and a point 3 metres west of the western boundary of No 2 Langstone Road, to align with the restriction as marked on the ground

Friday between 9am - 4pm. Printed copies can be obtained by calling 023 9284 1767.
Persons wishing to object to or make other representations with regard to these proposals must do so in writing, stating the grounds on which they are made. Representations must be sent to TROteam@portsmouthcc.gov.uk or by post to TRO team, Portsmouth City Council, Civic Offices, Portsmouth PO1 2NE, quoting ref P050-24 within 21 days of the date of this Notice (i.e. by 19 September 2024) stating the grounds for the objection.
