We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Market Place, Richmond for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 02/09/24 & 07/10/24, due to cobbling repair works. However, the max duration of this Order is from 01/09/24 until 21/10/24. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. 30 Mph Speed Limit, Stokesley Road, Hutton Rudby, Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that on 23/08/24 North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 mph on the length of road specified. Stokesley Road, Hutton Rudby, 26 metres east from the centre line of Rudby Lea for a distance of 146 metres in an easterly direction. Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend "North Yorkshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Hambleton) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified:- Table - Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking

Norby, Thirsk, Norby Estate, South side, from its junction with the B1448 Norby Front Street, westwards and south westwards for a distance of 94 metres - No Waiting At Any Time. Norby, Thirsk, Norby Estate, North side, from its junction with the B1448 Norby Front Street, westwards, south westwards then northwards into the spur for a total distance of 129 metres - No Waiting at Any Time.
