What is happening?

Portsmouth City Council (Bonfire Corner) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading) (No.123) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 16th September 2024 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING
BONFIRE CORNER
Loading bay between Half Moon House and Richmond House.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate remediation works to multi-story car park.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 16th September 2024 to 31st March 2025 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
