THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (BUS SHELTER INSTALLATION SCHEME PHASE 7) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in: Blandford Road - from the junction of Torridge Way to outside number 243
2. To close the bus lane on:
Tavistock Road - inbound from the junction with Brest Road to a point of 50m
The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading and unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 16th September 2024 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the phased Bus Shelter Installation Scheme will commence on the 16th September 2024 until 21st September 2024 9:30 - 15:30
