2. £1.00 and up to 2 hours £2.00 max stay 2 hours no return within 2 hours) in Traps Hill, Loughton.

4. To amend Schedule 7 in The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to append the items set out in Schedule 1 of this Order.

5. To amend The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to allow the additional properties detailed in Column 2 of the table in the Schedule 2 to this Notice to also be able to purchase permits for the existing zone listed in Column 1 of that table.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TQ425 965, TQ425 962 revision 1 with revision 2 and replacing tile numbers TL460 020, TL460 017 revision 3 with revision 4.

(Brook Road, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

(Brooklyn Parade, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

(Hamlet Hill, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

(Miles Close, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd September 2024 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06057993/AP - Affinity Water). (Momples Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Momples Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with First Avenue to its junction with Howard Way a distance of approximately 1320m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd September 2024 for 1 night (20:00-02:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2371220 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Howard Way, First Avenue and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 5th September 2024 and may continue in force for

18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) (No.13) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days

from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road

Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order

1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 5th September 2024, exact dates will be specified on One.Network. The road will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion route will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Faggoters Lane, High Laver in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Workers Road for a distance of approximately 220m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th September 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA250GCM006782- Gigaclear). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while chamber replacement works are undertaken by Gigaclear.

(No.12) Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. To temporarily close those lengths of roads in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. To temporarily suspend the Bus Gate on Velizy Avenue, Harlow in the District of Harlow, Southbound right turn slip into Post Office Road only: From a point approximately

54 metres south of its junction with First Avenue/Mandela Avenue, Fourth Avenue and Fifth Avenue/Allende Avenue Roundabout, south for approximately 90 metres (entire length of slip) as cited in 'The Essex County Council (A1019 Velizy Avenue and Post Office Road, Harlow) (Bus Gate) Order 2020'.
