TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Diversion of Highway (South East) (No. 26) Order 2024” authorising the stopping up and diversion of a length of FP417 at Westhampnett, in the District of Chichester. This is to enable development as permitted by Chichester District Council, under reference 23/01855/FULEIA.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon
Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5606. They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Chichester District Council, East Pallant House, Chichester, West Sussex PO19 1TY.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 29 August 2024.
