Mabels Furlong, Temporary Road Closure Due To Resurfacing Works

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: Mabels Furlong, Ledbury,Herefordshire, Temporary Road Closure Order 2024 - to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on Mabels Furlong, from the junction with the A449 to outside No 12. Grid Ref: 371117/237119. There is no alternate route for those affected by this proposal.

The said closure is required due to resurfacing works and the likelihood of danger to the public whilst the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 27th of August 2024 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
