What is happening?

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE 401006 EWEN ROAD (SOMERFORD KEYNES PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 401006 Ewen Road from its junction with Spratsgate Lane to outside the property known as 'Coronation Cottage' for a distance of approximately 744 metres. The reason for the said closure is for works by Openreach. The above said road is expected to be closed between 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs on the 2nd September 2024 only or until the works have been completed, whichever is the later. Alternative Route - as signed on site. Emergency access, and pedestrian access to adjacent properties, will be maintained.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE OF C140 ROAD FROM RISSINGTON ROAD THROUGH LITTLE RISSINGTON (LITTLE RISSINGTON PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C140 Road from Rissington Road through Little Rissington from outside the property known as 'The Lodge' to outside the property known as 'Little Rissington House', for a distance of approximately 271 metres. The reason for the said closure is for ground investigation works. The said road is expected to be closed from 16th September 2024 until 27th September 2024 only or until the works have been completed, whichever is the later.
