Traffic Orders for New North Road, Exeter

Devon County Council made these on 21 August to come into force 30 August: Devon County Council (New North Road, Exeter) (One Way & Contrafow Bus Lane) Order 2024 to introduce One Way northwest bound on New North Road from Sidwell Street to Longbrook Street/Bailey Street & Contrafow Bus Lane (Cycles Exempt) southeast bound on New North Road from Longbrook Street to High Street/Paris Street/Sidwell Street; Devon County Council (New North Road, Exeter) (Control of Waiting) Amendment Order 2024 to introduce No Waiting At Any Time on New North Road northeast side from Longbrook Street to Sidwell Street & No Loading At Any Time on New North Road northeast side from Longbrook Steet to Sidwell Street & southwest side from High Street to Bailey Street. Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. Documents are also available to view during normal ofce hours at the address below. If you wish to question the validity of an order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Trafc Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
