Ar 27ain Awst 2024, cadarnhaodd Cyngor Sir Fynwy, heb addasiadau, y Gorchymyn uchod a wnaed ar 25ain Mehefin 2024 o dan Adran 53(2)(b) o Ddeddf Bywyd Gwyllt a Chefn Gwlad 1981.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fel y’i cadarnhawyd yw addasu’r map diffiniol a’r datganiad ar gyfer yr ardal drwy gofnodi Llwybr Cyhoeddus 406A Tryleg fel y dangosir ar fap y Gorchymyn i’r map diffiniol a’r datganiad ar gyfer yr ardal a amlinellir isod:
Llwybr Troed 406A (Tryleg): yn cychwyn yn FP 466 Tryleg ym mhwynt A (SO52120640) ac yn mynd ymlaen ar y trac i Box Cottage, tua’r gorllewin 202m at giât mochyn ym mhwynt B (SO51930636) lle mae’n ymuno â FP406 Tryleg. Mae’r lled yn amrywio fel y dangosir ar fap y Gorchymyn.
Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r map yn rhad ac am ddim yn Hyb Cymunedol Cas-gwent, Manor Way, Cas-gwent, NP16 5HZ o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener rhwng 9am a 5pm a dydd Sadwrn rhwng 10am a 1pm. Mae copïau o’r gorchymyn a’r map ar gael yno yn rhad ac am ddim. Os bydd unrhyw berson yn cael ei dramgwyddo gan y Gorchymyn ac yn dymuno amau ei ddilysrwydd, neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau Deddf Bywyd Gwyllt a Chefn Gwlad 1981 neu ar y sail bod unrhyw un o ofynion Atodlen 15 na chydymffurfiwyd â’r Ddeddf honno neu unrhyw reoliad a wneir odani mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn, caiff, o dan baragraff 12 o Atodlen 15 i’r Ddeddf honno, o fewn chwe wythnos i ddyddiad cyhoeddi’r Hysbysiad hwn, wneud cais am y pwrpas i’r Uchel Lys.

Monmouthshire County Council Public Footpaths 406A Trellech Definitive Map Modification Order 2024
Important – This Communication Affects Your Property
On the 27th August 2024, Monmouthshire County Council confirmed without modifications the above order made on the 25th June 2024 under Section 53(2)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by recording Public Footpath 406A Trellech as shown on the order map to the said definitive map and statement for the area outlined below:
Footpath 406A (Trellech): commences at FP 466 Trellech at point A (SO52120640) and proceeds on the track to Box Cottage, in a westerly direction 202m to a kissing gate at point B (SO51930636) where it joins FP406 Trellech. The width varies as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and map may be seen free of charge at Chepstow Community Hub, Manor Way, Chepstow, NP16 5HZ Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 1pm. Copies of the order and map are available there free of charge. The order can also be viewed on Monmouthshire County Council’s website. http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/?p=48611 and, by appointment, at County Hall, Usk, NP15 1GA. If any person is aggrieved by the Order and desires to question its validity, or any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 or on the ground that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 to that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to that Act, within six weeks from the date of publication of this Notice, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
