What is happening?

THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

VARIOUS ROADS, BARROW UPON SOAR, ANSTEY, LOUGHBOROUGH, SWITHLAND TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 17/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake carriageway patching, kerbing & associated iron works.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 14th September and have a maximum duration of six months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to six months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Harworth Group, Cadeby Homes and their appointed contractors to undertake various infrastructure development works.

RATBY LANE, KIRBY MUXLOE & STATION ROAD, RATBY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 16/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 12 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance & repair works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Desford Ln, Ratby; Desford Ln, Desford Rd, Kirby Muxloe.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 02/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 18 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days at each location. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake micro asphalt surfacing. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The effect of which will be to allow for the restrictions of those lengths of roads as specified in Schedules 1 & 2 to this Notice. No speed limit imposed by this order applies to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3(5) of those Regulations. Any member of the public requiring further information should contact Leicestershire Highways on 01163050001. The Order will come into force on 02/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 10 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 8 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Ground Utilities Ltd acting on behalf of RWE Renewables UK Solar & Storage Ltd & their appointed contractors to undertake installation of new apparatus & other associated works. Any existing restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in Schedules 1 & 2 to this order are hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 02/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 16 weeks. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 4 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.
