The County of Cornwall (North East Distributor Road, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for principal road maintenance and gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th September 2024 to 14th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
Road affected - A391 North East Distributor Road, St Austell between Holmbush Road and Scredda Roundabout.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary for principal road maintenance and gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd September 2024 to 27th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for works to overlay in carriageway and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd September 2024 to 4th October 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th September 2024 to 17th September 2024.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 2300, weekdays only.
