(B7062 Peebles to Cardrona) (Temporary Closing) Order 2024
The Scottish Borders Council (B7062 Peebles to Cardrona) (Temporary Closing) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 30 August 2024 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. The Order is required for BT Openreach works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B7062 from Peebles to Cardrona at Kirkburn Church. The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the B7062, A72, B7088 and B7062 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing. (A72 Kirkton Manor, Peebles) (Temporary 10mph Speed Restriction) Order 2024
The Scottish Borders Council (A72 Kirkton Manor, Peebles) (Temporary 10mph Speed Restriction) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 28 August 2024 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00.
The Order is required to ensure a safe driving and working environment while BT Openreach install a new pole. When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle at a speed exceeding 10mph along the A72 at Kirkton Manor between Hallyne and Five Mile Bridge.

The Scottish Borders Council (A72 Caerlee Corner, Innerleithen) (Temporary 10mph Speed Restriction) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 28 August 2024 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. The Order is required to ensure a safe driving and working environment while BT Openreach install a new pole.
