THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
THE LEICESTER (LINEKER ROAD) (TEMPORARY) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicester City Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be, for the following anticipated period of time to:
Prohibit access to all users on Lineker Road between its junction with Filbert Street and a point 70 metres south thereof from 8.30am on Friday 30th August 2024 until 5.30pm on Thursday 30th January 2025.
Diversion route: Filbert Street, Burnmoor Street.
This order is necessary due to construction works taking place and to prevent the likelihood of danger to the public.
This Order will come into effect on the 30th of August 2024 and will continue in force for up to 6 months, or until the order is no longer deemed necessary, whichever is the earlier.
Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
