What is happening?
STOCKPORT METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 NOTICE OF ESTABLISHMENT OF A TOUCAN CROSSING AT STOCKPORT ROAD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, in exercise of its powers under section 23 of the Road Traffc Regulation Act 1984, proposes to establish a Toucan Crossing Facility at Stockport Road, 3.2 metres long, crossing covering the whole width of Stockport Road and with a centre point located 17 metres south east of the easterly kerb line of House Hold Fold. Full details of these proposals are set out in the draft Order which, together with the map and statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be viewed at the following link https://www.stockport.gov.uk/ proposed-traffc-regulations-in-your-area However, if you do not have access to the internet, then please contact Legal Services at Town Hall, Stockport SK1 3XE in order to obtain a hard copy.
