Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Redruth. This prohibition is necessary for gully works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th September 2024 to 6th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.

Roads affected - A3047 Dual Carriageway Eastbound From Barncoose Terrace To Avers Roundabout, Red ruth between Tolgus Roundabout and Blowinghouse Roundabout, A3047 Dual Carriageway Westbound From Avers Roundabout To Barncoose Terrace, Redruth between Tolgus Roundabout and Blowinghouse Roundabout, Tolgus Vean, Redruth between Tesco Roundabout to the junction of A3047 Dual Carriageway Westbound From Avers Roundabout To Barncoose Terrace.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Clement. This prohibition is necessary for bridge inspection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th September 2024 to 5th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0500, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for ditching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th September 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1600, weekdays only. This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th September 2024 for one day. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Grampound. This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th September 2024 to 11th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

This prohibition is necessary for bridge inspection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd September 2024 to 4th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0500, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Kergilliack. This prohibition is necessary for new storm and foul sewer connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd September 2024 to 20th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Hillhead Road, Kergilliack between the property named Kergilliack Close and the junction of Kergilliack Road.

The County of Cornwall (Lower Pengegon, Pengegon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Pengegon.

This prohibition is necessary for level crossing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd September 2024 to 23rd September 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0015 and 0425, weekends included.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Market Street Falmouth between the properties numbered 22 and 27.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Falmouth) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1991 Market Street/Church Street/Arwenack Street (Class Ill) between its junctions with Killigrew Street and Quay Hill The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out water connection works. The Order will come into operation on 2nd September 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 6th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700 on a daily basis, weekdays only. Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th September 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Roads affected - Moresk Road between the junction of Treseders Gardens and property number 75 and Moresk Close between the junction of Moresk Road and property number 3, Truro.
