The City Of Plymouth - Temporary Prohibition Of Parking, Waiting, Loading, Unloading & Movement Of Pedestrians

What is happening?

PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (HOLLY PARK DRIVE/LAKE VIEW DRIVE/LAKE VIEW CLOSE/TAMERTON CLOSE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING, WAITING, LOADING, UNLOADING & MOVEMENT OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:

 1. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
Holly Park Drive - from the junction of Milford Lane to number 94
Lake View Drive - from junction of Holly Park Drive to number 97
Lake View Close - from junction of Lake View Drive to Electricity Sub Station
Tamerton Close - from the junction of Holly Park Drive to number 16

 2. To prohibit the movement of pedestrians in: Holly Park Drive - between the junction Holly Park Drive to the junction of Lake View Drive

The prohibition of parking, waiting, loading, unloading & movement of pedestrians will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 19th September 2024 and shall remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.

It is anticipated that the phased gas mains works will commence on the 19th September 2024 until 20th December 2024 24hrs.
