The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Polbreen Lane, St Agnes) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Agnes. This prohibition is necessary for building repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th September 2024 to 4th October 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Polbreen Lane, St Agnes between property number 2 and the junction of Vicarage Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Portloe. This prohibition is necessary for trenching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th September 2024 to 22nd November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Road From Portloe To The Yard, Portloe between the junction of Beach Hill and grid reference SW94061 39993.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Agnes. This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th September 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Barripper. This prohibition is necessary for burst water main repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd September 2024 to 6th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Springfield Park, Barripper between property number 6 and the junction of Boscarn Close.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Treswithian. This prohibition is necessary for works to repair carriageway surface and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd September 2024 to 12th October 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

Roads affected - Access Road From Treswithian, Treswithian Road, College Street, Church Street, Treswithian for their entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in North Roskear. This prohibition is necessary for overhead cabling and tree cutting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th September 2024 to 17th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for CCTV works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th September 2024 for one day.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Day. This prohibition is necessary for sewer cleaning works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th September 2024 to 18th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Roads affected - West End and Fore Street for their entire lengths, Telegraph Street between the junctions of Fore Street and Buckingham Terrace and Forth An Eglos between the junction of Fore Street and property number 1, St Day.
