PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (BUS SHELTER INSTALLATION SCHEME PHASE 6) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made Order the effect of which is:

 1. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
Old Laira Road - from the front boundary of number 110 and 100
Wycliffe Road - from the junction of Hyfield Terrace Lane to the junction of Old Laira Road
Blandford Road - from the junction of Dartmeet Avenue to the junction of Teign Road & from the junction of Plymview Close to the outside number 368
Higher Efford Road - from the boundary of number 1 to the junction of Blandford Road
Coombe Park Lane - from the junction of Hirmandale Road to the junction of Kedlestone Avenue

The prohibition of parking, waiting, loading and unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 9th September 2024 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months.

It is anticipated that the phased Bus Shelter Installation Scheme will commence on the 9th September 2024 until 13th September 2024 9:30 - 15:30.
