Jeffcock Road - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic
What is happening?
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (JEFFOCK ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on the entire length of Jeffcock Road in both directions. The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 27 August 2024 until 30 August 2024, and from 3 September 2024 until 6 September 2024. It is anticipated that the closure will operate between the hours of 09:30 and 15:00. The vehicular diversion route is: Bradmore Road, Birches Barn Road, Lea Road and vice versa. The Order is required to facilitate carriageway double dressing scheme being undertaken by City of Wolverhampton Council.
