Mae Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan adran 84 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984) (y cyfeirir ati o hyn ymlaen fel “Deddf 1984”), Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 (y cyfeirir ati o hyn ymlaen fel “Deddf 2004”), y Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Parcio (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2010, Rheoliadau Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Traffig Ffyrdd (Darpariaethau Cyffredinol) (Cymru) 2013 (y cyfeirir atynt o hyn ymlaen fel “Rheoliadau 2013”), Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Lonydd Bysiau a Thraffig sy’n Symud (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2014, a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ar ôl ymgynghori â Phrif Swyddog Heddlu De Cymru, yn unol â Rhan III Atodlen 9 Deddf 1984, yn cynnig gwneud y Gorchymyn a fydd yn diwygio’r gorchymyn a enwyd uchod trwy ddiwygio gwallau teipograffeg yn Atodlen 2 Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Ffyrdd Amrywiol, Caerdydd) (Cyfyngiadau Cyflymder) 2023 er mwyn gosod cyfyngiad cyflymder 30mya ar hyd:

1. Gelli’r Ynn: o’r gyffordd â Rhodfa’r Gogledd i’r gyffordd â Ffordd y Faenor

2. Ffordd y Faenor: o’r gyffordd â Gelli’r Ynn i’r gyffordd â Heol Merthyr

3. Rhodfa’r Gorllewin:

i. O bwynt sy’n 66 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â’r Ffordd Fynediad sy’n arwain at Randiroedd Caeau Llandaf/Pontcanna i’r gyffordd â Heol y Gogledd.

Ymarfer gweinyddol yn unig yw hwn ac ni fydd unrhyw newidiadau’n cael eu gwneud ar y safle.

Rhaid anfon unrhyw wrthwynebiadau a sylwadau eraill sy’n ymwneud â’r gorchymyn yn ysgrifenedig ar neu cyn 13 Medi 2024 neu drwy e-bost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk. Yn achos gwrthwynebiad, rhaid cynnwys datganiad sy’n nodi’r rhesymau dros wrthwynebu. Gellir datgelu gohebiaeth fel sy’n ofynnol dan Ddeddf Rhyddid Gwybodaeth 2000.

Gellir tynnu’r Hysbysiad hwn yn ôl wedi i’r cyfnod gwrthwynebu ddod i ben. THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF (VARIOUS ROADS, CARDIFF) (SPEED RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2023 AMENDMENT ORDER 2024

The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as “the 1984 Act”), the Traffic Management Act 2004 (hereinafter referred to as “the 2004 Act”), The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (General Provisions) (Wales) Regulations 2013, The Civil Enforcement of Bus Lanes and Moving Traffic Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) Designation Order 2014 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf and after consultation with the Chief Officer, South Wales Police, in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the said Act of 1984 proposes to make an Order the general effect of which will be to amend the above named order by amending typographical errors within Schedule 2 of The City and County of Cardiff (Various Roads, Cardiff) (Speed Restrictions) Order 2023 so that there will be a 30mph speed restriction along:-

1. Ash Grove: from its junction with Northern Avenue to its junction with Manor Way.

2. Manor Way: from its junction with Ash Grove to its junction with Merthyr Road.

3. Western Avenue:

i. From a point 66 metres north-east of its junction with the Access Road leading to the Llandaff / Pontcanna Fields Allotments to its junction with North Road.

This is an administrative exercise only and no alterations will take place on site. Details of the proposal and plan showing the location and extent of the proposed restrictions are available at www.cardiff.gov.uk/trafficorders or by scanning the QR code below.

In addition you can obtain copies of the same by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

Any objections and other representations relating to the order must be submitted in writing on or before 13th September 2024 or by email to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk. In the case of an objection this must contain a statement of the grounds on which the objection is made.

Correspondence may be disclosed as required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

This Notice may be removed after the objection period ends. The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer.

Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay. This document is available in Welsh/Mae’r ddogfen hon ar gael yn Gymraeg.
