(THTTC3535 SYDNEY BUILDINGS, BATHWICK, BATH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Sydney Buildings, Bathwick, Bath from a point outside the rear of 1 Adelaide Place extending south for approximately 65 metres. 
USRN: 47901380.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Openreach to carry out a pole replacement on the 30th August 2024 for a maximum period of 6 months. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for ONE DAY between 09:30 - 15:30hrs only.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Sydney Buildings (remainder) – Horseshoe Walk – Pulteney Gardens – A36 Pulteney Road – Bathwick Hill – Sydney Buildings – vice versa.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Guinea Lane, City Centre, Bath from its junction with Lansdown Road extending east to its junction with A4 The Paragon. This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Openreach to carry out a pole replacement on the 30th August 2024 for a maximum period of 6 months. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for ONE DAY between 09:30 - 15:30hrs only.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce:
• A road closure in that length of Old King Street, City Centre, Bath from its junction with A4 Queen Square extending for its entire length. USRN: 47901200.
• A road closure in that length of John Street, City Centre, Bath from its junction with Old King Street extending south to its junction with Wood Street/Queen Street. USRN: 47900951.
• A suspension of the bus gate on Milsom Street, City Centre, Bath to allow vehicles needing access to roads south of John Street to divert via Milsom Street and Quiet Street.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Wessex Water to replace a manhole cover and frame on the 11th September 2024 for a maximum period of 6 months. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for ONE DAY.
