What is happening?

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF VARIATION

NOTICE is hereby given that Derbyshire County Council under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), as further regulated by Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedures) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 has approved the following variations to the charges payable in respect of vehicles using the Council’s off-street car parks which will come into effect on 30th September 2024.

The charges are set out below for each parking place affected by the changes together with the charges that are currently payable.

6. Black Rocks, DE4 4GT

7. Cromford Wharf, DE4 3RP

8. High Peak Junction, DE4 5AA

9. Hayfield

10. Grinlow, SK17 6UJ

11. Peter Fiddler, S44 6GA
