What is happening?

CROWN STREET

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14

CROWN STREET - TEMPORARY CLOSURE

The Council intends to make an order, operative from 14 September 2024 for 2 days approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Crown Street from Woods Court to Deansgate, to allow electricity works to take place.

Alternative route is via Bow St, Bank St, Bridge St.

The Order will also temporarily suspend the Bus Gate at the junction of Bradshawgate and Deansgate. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
