Location: Land North of A420, New Eastern Villages, Swindon I give notice that Taylor Wimpey (S/RES/24/0923) and Vistry (S/RES/24/0947) have submitted subsequent applications to Swindon Borough Council in respect of residential development including 2,380no. dwellings, education/local convenience/community facilities, open space, landscaping, associated infrastructure and access points to and from Thornhill Road and A420 (S/OUT/13/1555), as follows: Reserved Matters application for 134 dwellings (layout, scale, appearance and landscaping) (S/RES/24/0923) Reserved Matters application for 137 dwellings (access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping) (S/RES/24/0947) Copies may be made available and details of charges are available on request.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council, quoting the relevant reference number as given above, to the Planning Department, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN1 2JH or email sbcdc@swindon.gov.uk, before 23rd September 2024.
