RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag peri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darn hwnnw o’r Ffordd Di-Ddosbarth a adwaenir fel Sgwâr y Fron, Bangor o bwynt ger Rhif 1 Mountain View gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol am bellter o oddeutu 10 metr.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith ar gysylltiad carthffosiaeth.

Yn anffodus, nid oes gwyriad addas ar gael, fodd bynnag bydd mynediad ar gael i drigolion.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 27ain o Awst 2024 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 11 diwrnod

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(UNCLASSIFIED ROAD KNOWN AS VRON SQUARE, BANGOR)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council have made an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along that length of Unclassified Road known as Vron Square, Bangor from a point by No.1 Mountain View travelling south westerly for a distance of approximately 10 metres.

The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during works on a sewer connection.

Unfortunately, there is no suitable alternative route, however access will be maintained for residents.

The Order comes into effect on the 27th of August, 2024 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 11 days.
