ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

(NEST LANE, WELLINGBOROUGH)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Nest Lane, Wellingborough as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Nest Lane, Wellingborough between Nursery Drive and Thrush Lane.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during Virgin Media Cabinet installation.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 9th September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 5 days.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: use Harrowden Road, Northern Way, Stewarts Road and Nest Lane.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

(MOOR ROAD, RUSHDEN)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LEFT TURN) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from turning left along that length of Moor Road, Rushden as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Moor Road, Rushden from outside no.44 to outside no.54.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during new water supply.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 9th September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 3 days.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

(WESTFIELD ROAD, WELLINGBOROUGH)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LEFT TURN) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from turning left along that length of Westfield Road, Wellingborough as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Westfield Road, Wellingborough from Westfield Road into Hardwick Street.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during HV ducting installation.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 9th September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 12 days.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: use Broad Green, Harrowden Road and Broad Green.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

(ROCK HILL & RUSHTON ROAD, ROTHWELL)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along those lengths of Rock Hill and Rushton Road, Rothwell as set out below.

LENGTHS OF ROADS TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: Those lengths of Rock Hill and Rushton Road, Rothwell from the junction with Glendon Road to 30 mph signs.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during micro asphalting.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 12th September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the roads will be restricted for up to 3 days.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

(PIPEWELL ROAD, DESBOROUGH)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Pipewell Road, Desborough as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Pipewell Road, Desborough between Back Lane and Warren End.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during installation of drainage.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 9th September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 55 days.

(MILLERS CLOSE, FINEDON)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Millers Close, Finedon as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Millers Close, Finedon for its entire length.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during gas mains replacement works.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 26th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 29 days.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Redhouse Road, Earls Barton as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Redhouse Road, Earls Barton from outside Rectory Farm.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during pole replacement works.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 27th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for 1 day.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Union Street, Kettering as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Union Street, Kettering from Cobden Street to Grange Road.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during overhead works.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 29th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for one day.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: use Grange Road, Field Street and Cobden Street.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Overstone Road, Sywell as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Overstone Road, Sywell from the junction with Park Close.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during HV connection works.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 27th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 4 days.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: use A43 and Holcot Lane.
