ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
BARTON ROAD, WELFORD-UPON-AVON Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: Works to install road gullies and connections. Order Commences: 26 August 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 30 August 2024. Access & Diversion: Barton Road, High Street, Chapel Street, Binton Road, Evesham Road, Stratford Road, Tower Hill, Salford Road, Honeybourne Road, Welford Road and vice versa. Contractor: M Lambe Construction, Tel: 07772 459 150.
B4035 CAMPDEN ROAD, STRETTON ON FOSSE Order Effect: Road will be closed to vehicular traffic between its junction with the A429 Fosseway and entrance to The Bungalow, Far Longdon, overnight. In addition, a 40mph Speed Limit will be imposed between the junction with the A429 Fosseway and the entrance to The Bungalow, Far Longdon effective 24hrs daily until works are completed. Reason for Order: The closure is required for carriageway resurfacing and associated works, 20.00hrs-06.00hrs weeknights only. The speed limit is required for the safety of all road users. Order Commences: 27 August 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 4 September 2024. Access & Diversion: B4035, B4479, A44, A429 and vice versa. HIGH STREET, BIDFORD UPON AVON Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between properties 2 to 32 and between 52 and 72 High Street. In addition, there will be a temporary suspension of Bus Lane between Quinneys Lane and Tower Hill and temporary suspension of Banned Turn from Tower Hill onto High Street. Reason for Order: To enable essential telecoms works which will be carried out in two phases. Order Commences: 27 August 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 9 September 2024. Access & Diversion: Tower Hill, Salford Road, Honeybourne Road and vice versa Contractor: OCU Group, Tel: 08008 199 001.

BUSHWOOD LANE (MOWS HILL FARM), BEAUDESERT Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between its junctions with Liveridge Hill and Nuthurst Road. Reason for Order: To enable works for new utility supply. Order Commences: 9 September 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 20 September 2024. Access & Diversion: Nuthurst Road, Liveridge Hill and vice versa. Contractor: Doocey Group, Tel: 01215 207 474.
CHURCH HILL, COMBROOK Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: Works to replace decayed BT pole. Order Commences: 10 September 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 10 September 2024. Access & Diversion: Church Hill, Combrook Road, Spring Hill, Compton Hill, Bowshot Island, Fosse Way and vice versa. Contractor: RNR TM LTD, Tel: 07852 380 338.
WHICHFORD ROAD, STOURTON Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To enable works for a stop tap repair. Order Commences: 9 September 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 11 September 2024. Access & Diversion: Whichford Road, Long Compton Road, Harrow Hill, Shipston Road, London Road, Wood Lane, Little Wolford Road, The Close, Church Row, Village Road and vice versa. Contractor: For STW, Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (DISTRICT OF STRATFORD ON AVON) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS, ON STREET PARKING PLACES AND RESIDENTS’ PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (VARIATION NO. O) ORDER 2024 Warwickshire County Council has made the above Order, the effect of which has varied the existing District of Stratford on Avon (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions, On Street Parking Places and Residents’ Parking) (Consolidation) Order 2017, as described in Schedule 1 below.
The Order comes into effect on Monday 26th August 2024. Exceptions will permit waiting for the purposes of picking up and setting down passengers, for vehicles displaying a disabled person’s badge and in connection with the maintenance of the road and the supply of gas, water or electricity.
A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the Order which has been varied, a plan showing the length of roads affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order, may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick during usual opening hours and online at https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/news/20209/stratford-avon-district. Any enquiries relating to the Order may be made to Nathan Malcolm, Communities Directorate, Warwickshire County Council on 01926 742 167.
Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

Chestnut Way, Bidford on Avon Both sides, from its junction with Wellington Road, westwards for 13.5 metres.
Waterloo Road, Bidford on Avon (i) Both sides, from its junction with Wellington Road, northwards for 11 metres.
(ii) Both sides, from its junction with Wellington Road, southwards for 26 metres.
Wellington Road, Bidford on Avon (i) North side, from its junction with Waterloo Road, eastwards for 32 metres.
(ii) South side, from its junction with Waterloo Road, eastwards for 140 metres
