1. To temporarily close the following length of roads, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest.

Road  A121 Highbridge Street, Wlatham Abbey Both Directions

Description From the Essex boundary (Centre of the western bridge over the river Lee), East to the crossroads with Meridian Way and Beaulieu Drive approximately 150 metres

2. To Temporarily introduce a 20MPH speed reduction on the A121 Between the junction with B194 to the Essex/Herts border (Centre of the western bridge over the river Lee) Between the times of 20:00 to 23:59 on both Saturday 24 August and Sunday 25 August. The current speed is 40MPH on this road.

3. The Essex County Council (speed Limits at Waltham Abbey) Order 1975 is hereby temporarily suspended insofar as it relates to the 40MPH speed limit on the length of the A121 Highbridge Street as specified, all other restrictions will remain in place.

The restrictions are required for the safety of the public while vehicles/ pedestrians egress the Eastern Electrics/Boiler Room Music Festival at Lee Valley Park. The times as above.

There is no alternative route for Beaulieu Drive or Fishers Green Lane. The alternative route for the closure in the Essex area will be A121 Meridan Way, A112 Sewardstone Road, south for approximately 3.68 KM (2.3 Miles) where Sewardstone Road goes into the Borough of Waltham Forest. Then it will be A110 Lea Valley Road, A1055 Mollison Avenue, Hereford Road, High Street, A1010 Monarch's Way, A121 Eleanor Cross Road and vice versa. Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The Order will come into Operation 24 August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the event has taken place, whichever is the earlier.

(Debden Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Debden Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Ripley View for a distance of approximately 300m in a north easterly then south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th September 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA14003645RC - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Debden Lane, Loughton Lane, The Green, Coppice Row, Jacks Hill, Wake Arms Roundabout, Goldings Hill, Rectory Lane, Hillyfields, Pyrles Lane, Englands Lane, Debden Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Epping Road, Epping Upland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Epping Road, Epping Upland in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Parsloe Road for a distance of approximately 325m in a south easterly then south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th September 2024 for 35 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30007047497 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new supply works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Epping Road, Epping Road Roundabout, Water Lane, Southern Way, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary And Harlow Mill Roundabout, London Road, Hastingwood Roundabout, London Road, High Road, Thornwood Road, Palmers Hill, Lindsey Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 80m north west of its junction with The Granary for a distance of approximately 60m in a north easterly then north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th September 2024 for 1 night (00:01-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL736BGK-20-10-190924 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while level crossing repairs works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

An alternative route is available via High Street, Harlow Road, Roydon Road, Elizabeth Way, A414 Between Northern Town Boundary And Burnt Mill Roundabout, Fifth Avenue, Eastwick Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Waples Mill Road, Waples Mill Farm Road & Berners Roding Road, Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Waples Mill Road & Waples Mill Farm Road, Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 1690m west, south west then south of its junction with Marks Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 50m in a south westerly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Berners Roding Road, Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Waples Mill Road for a distance of approximately 15m in an easterly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 16th September 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410239506/ MX04410239506CC/ MX04410239506RC - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while hydrant repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water. Alternative routes are available via

1. Waples Mill Farm Road, Ongar Road, Chelmsford Road, Stortford Road, Dunmow Road, School Lane, Birds Green, Waples Mill Road and vice versa.

2. No diversion route avaliable.

The Order will come into effect on 29th August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mill Street, North Weald Bassett)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Street, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Hastingwood Road for a distance of approximately 420m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd September 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410238312 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while valve repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Hastingwood Road, Tilegate Road, Threshers Bush, Green Lane, Foster Street, Harlow Common, Mill Street and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 15th August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(School Lane, Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of School Lane, Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 205m south east of its junction with Green Hill Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd September 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30042795208 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Green Hill Road, Berwick Lane, Dunmow Road and vice versa (with access only into School Lane). The Order came into effect on 15th August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) (No.9) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 15th August 2024, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The road will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion route will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on those lengths of roads as specified in the schedule. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

2. "The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only.
