The above closures will be managed on a 'rolling road closure' basis and will be reopened to traffic as soon as safely possible. PEDESTRIAN CROSSING -SCHOOL ROAD AND STICKLEBACK ROAD, CALNE

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council in exercise of its powers under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes installation of a Zebra (Parrallel) Crossing (a combined pedestrian and cycle crossing which has priority over the road which it crosses) at the following locations: School Road, Calne at a point approximately 10 metres south east of its junction with A3102 roundabout; Stickleback Road, Calne at a point approximately 10 metres south east of its junction with A3102 roundabout.

Notice is hereby given that on 14 August 2024 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 20mph speed limit zone on Clover Grove, Finch Lane, Hawthorne Close, Juniper Close, Larkspur Drive, Lovage Lane, Lupin Close, Sorrel Street, Sparrow Crescent and Sycamore Drive, Calne - the complete lengths.
