What is happening?
WEST BERKSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING, PARKING PLACES AND RESIDENTS’ PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (AMENDMENT NO 34) ORDER 202[ ] NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that WEST BERKSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL PROPOSES to make the above Order the effect of which will be to further amend the WEST BERKSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING, PARKING PLACES AND RESIDENTS’ PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (as amended) (“the Principal Order”) to the extent as set out
Schedule 2 of the Principal Order shall be amended by the revision of the following plans: L68, L69, L70, AK71, AK72, AL72, AL75, AL76, AL77, AM72, AM73, AM74, AM75, AM76, AM77, AM78, AN72, AN73, AX76, AX77 and AY76. The contents of Schedule 3 of the Principal Order shall be deleted and replaced with the contents of Schedule 3 of this Order.

Copies of the Plans, Consolidation Order and explanatory Statement can be inspected during the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday at the offices of West Berkshire District Council (at main reception on the ground floor, Council Offices Market Street Newbury Berkshire RG14 5LD). These are also available for view and comment on the Council’s website at www.westberks.gov.uk/consultations and follow relevant links. Objections to the Proposals together with the grounds on which they are made should be sent in writing to the undersigned quoting reference 0034IM by not later than midnight on 13 September 2024.
