Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the A46 Clarence Road, from outside the property known as No.59 Clarence Road to its junction with Portland Street, for a distance of approximately 85 metres.

The reason for the closure is for infrastructure repair and maintenance works on behalf of Severn Trent Water.

The said road is expected to be closed between 19:00hrs and 23:59hrs on 28th August 2024 only.

The reason for the said closures and restrictions is for fibre network installations.

This intended Order may permit the said closures and restrictions of the said roads in any order, or simultaneously, as required, and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 26th October 2024. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF RESTRICTED BYWAY ZCK 56 (CHARLTON KINGS PARISH) CHELTENHAM BOROUGH

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Restricted Byway ZCK 56 in the Parish of Charlton Kings from its junction with Daisybank Road and then extends in a generally southerly and easterly direction for approximately 930 metres to its junction with Public Bridleway ZCK57 and shown on the Map by a bold solid black line marked A to B.

The closure is necessary to safeguard the public whilst works to replace a telegraph pole are completed.

The Order will come into force between the hours of 09:00 and 15:30 on the 30th August 2024. After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.

There will be no alternative route as it is a dead-end road.

Pedestrian access to properties and emergency access will be maintained.

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily, under the relevant provisions of Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of the Public Footpaths EMW7 AND EMW23, as detailed below; Part of Public Footpath EMW 7 extending in a generally easterly and southerly direction for approximately 3250 metres to its junction with Public Footpath EMW 22.

Public Footpath EMW 23 from its junction with Public Footpath EMW 7 extending in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 215 metres to its junction with Public Footpath EMW 36.

The said Public Footpaths fall within the Parish of Minsterworth in the Tewkesbury District within The County of Gloucestershire.

The said closures are necessary to protect the public whilst river embankment works are completed.

The said Public Footpaths were originally closed for a period of 21 days, commencing 2nd August 2024. However, as the said works have not been completed during this time scale, it is necessary to now make an Order.

The said Order will come into force on the 23rd August 2024, and it is anticipated that the said Public Footpaths will close on that day until 2nd February 2025, or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.
