North Berwick, Amendments To Enforceable Waiting Restrictions In Off-Street Car Parks
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL (NORTH BERWICK) (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER No: 1
East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under Sections 32, 33, 34, 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable waiting restrictions in off street car parks, Kirk Ports car park - Law Road, Glebe car park - St Andrews Street, Imperial car park - Quality Street, The Lodge car park - East Road, Castle Hill car park - Tantallon Terrace North Berwick.
A copy of the proposed Order, Schedules, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed at:
- Reception, John Muir House, Brewery Park, Haddington
- North Berwick Community Centre - Law Road
- North Berwick Library - School Road
- North Berwick Health Centre - St Baldred's Road
- Gullane Library - East Links Road
- Gullane Health Centre - Hamilton Road
These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 23rd August 2024 to Sunday 29th September 2024 during normal office hours.
They are also available at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk, https://tinyurl.com/EastLothianParking and the East Lothian Council Consultation Hub https://eastlothianconsultations.co.uk/. Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order or comment in support of the Order.
