LINCOLNSHIRE - TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC multiple notices

What is happening?

LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) (BASTON – PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY NO.4) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024 LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make an Order closing Public Right Of Way No.4 in the Parish of Baston, to all traffic. The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the Footpath. The Order will commence on 2 September 2024 and may last for a maximum period of 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of footpath to be closed, if any, will be maintained where possible. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time  be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. An alternative route will be signed. SCHEDULE – Baston PROW 4 & (Between 1200m & 2500m Northeast of Kates Bridge Green Lane)

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (STAMFORD – CEDAR ROAD) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Cedar Road to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 28 August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 28 August 2024 and continue for approximately 2 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time  be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. An alternative route for vehicles will be signed. SCHEDULE – Road Closure Order – Cedar Road (Between Oak Road & Beech Grove)

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (BOURNE – MEADOW DROVE) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on Meadow Drove to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 26 August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 26 August 2024 and continue for approximately 24 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time  be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. An alternative route for vehicles will be signed. SCHEDULE – Road Closure – Meadow Drove (Between Mill Drove & Dyke Drove)

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (WHAPLODE – MILLGATE) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on Millgate to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 23 August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 23 August 2024 and continue for approximately 1 day. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time  be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. An alternative route for vehicles will be signed. SCHEDULE – Road Closure – Millgate (Between Thorpes Lane & a point 50m South)

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (BOURNE – SOUTH FEN ROAD) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on South Fen Road to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 19 August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 19 August 2024 and continue for approximately 5 weeks. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time  be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. An alternative route for vehicles will be signed. SCHEDULE – Road Closure Order – South Fen Road (Between Cherry Holt Road & a point 1000m East) No waiting and no loading at any time Order – South Fen Road (Between Cherry Holt Road & a point 1000m East)

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (STAMFORD – MALTINGS YARD) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on Maltings Yard to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 19 August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 19 August 2024 and continue for approximately 3 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time  be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. An alternative route for vehicles will be signed. SCHEDULE – Road Closure Order – Maltings Yard

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (MARKET DEEPING – THE GROVE) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on The Grove to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 19 August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 19 August 2024 and continue for approximately 5 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time  be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
